For the 4th straight year, the Stagg Bowl (NCAA Div. III Football Championship Game) will between Mount Union and UW Whitewater. 4 straight championship games between the same 2 teams? Very Rare. Whitewater is 1-2, winning the last one. I always like it when a WIAC team makes it.

Everyone seems to be picking the same teams this year… makes it hard to “compete” in picking outcomes…

So we have had some crazy weather lately. Snow, during (Summer) Severe Weather Awareness Week? Snow falling shortly before the statewide tornado drill? Crazy. And this brings up cancellations for Spring Sports. In Oshkosh, everything from Wednesday and Thursday got postponed. Makes it tough for those who cover sports. And the WIAC has a rule where if the wheels on the bus are moving and the game is called – it cannot be made up. So things get called early. And then, the Indians/Angles series got moved from Cleveland to Milwaukee. Very crazy. I would have gone if I had time.
