The site is now upgraded to WordPress 2.8. If there was any problems earlier today, that was why.

5 years ago I started to blog here on whattheanvil.net. What a crazy ride it has been. 3 different platforms (Blogger, Movable Type, WordPress) and a few different designs.

So, in honor of 5 years, a new design is here. The last one lasted the longest of any that I have had (2 years), so it was time for a change.

Here’s to 5+ more years.

For the 5th year, I will be picking NFL games. And again, I will be picking all the games in a week. How have I done? Well…

2004 (6 games a week only): 72-41 (.637)
2005 (6 games/week weeks 1-10, all after): 111-72 (.607)
2006 (All games): 170-97 (.637)
2007 (All games): 167-100 (.625)

I hope to do well again this year.

The upgrade to WordPress 2.3 tool longer than I thought, but it is done.

If you have noticed some changes or weird things, I have been working on a few things for the site this week.

Well, if you noticed some problems with the site earlier today (Jan. 23), I was upgrading to WordPress 2.1. It just took a little longer than I thought…

Yes, I did change up the site again. It’s just a new look and some cleaning up. Just be happy I didn’t create a mini-feed .
