I will just say that I would not have pursued Brett Favre because I think that he is past his prime and I feel that his mistakes would hurt the team more than his good moments would help the team. Just my thoughts.

The Brewers signed a new closer – Trevor Hoffman. Yes, the all-time save leader. Sure, he blew it last year against the Brewers, but I think that this will be better then, say, Gag-Me… I mean Gagné… was.

For the 4th straight year, the Stagg Bowl (NCAA Div. III Football Championship Game) will between Mount Union and UW Whitewater. 4 straight championship games between the same 2 teams? Very Rare. Whitewater is 1-2, winning the last one. I always like it when a WIAC team makes it.
